1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Intsemble platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Platform Agents and AI Capabilities

TradeMate

Model Foundation: Utilizes LLM's via the Vertex AI platform.

Safety Features:

  • Grounding: All agent outputs are grounded in verified financial datasets and organizational data to minimize hallucination.
  • Safety Filters: Active Vertex AI safety settings block the generation of harmful, deceptive, or high-risk financial advice.
  • Context Isolation: Strict multi-tenant data isolation ensures that financial logic and proprietary data from one user do not influence the model state for others.

Limitations: TradeMate provides strategic decision support and coordination; it is not a fiduciary and should not be the sole basis for high-risk financial transactions without human oversight.

Locus

Model Foundation: Utilizes LLM's for geospatial reasoning and demographic analysis.

Safety Features:

  • Bias Mitigation: Implements algorithmic guardrails to prevent discriminatory "redlining" or biased location strategy recommendations.
  • Privacy Guard: Automated PII (Personally Identifiable Information) scrubbing from input datasets before processing by the agentic orchestration layer.
  • Grounding: Direct integration with Google Maps Platform and Earth Engine for real-world environmental and structural grounding.

Limitations: Recommendations are based on historical and projected geospatial data; unexpected shifts in local macro-environments or zoning laws may affect strategy accuracy.

3. Description of Services

Intsemble (a brand of Kamroop Enterprise) builds AI-powered software products. Our paid offering is Locus, a standardized, self-serve digital product: you submit a request and Locus automatically generates a retail location-strategy report. Locus is sold as a software product on a self-serve basis — it is not a bespoke or consulting service. TradeMate is a separate product feature and is not sold through this website.

4. Payments

All prices for Locus are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Locus is sold as one-time, prepaid credits — one credit generates one report. There is no subscription or recurring billing. Credits expire 3 months after your most recent purchase; making a new purchase renews the expiry on your entire credit balance. All sales are final, except for failed or duplicate charges, which are refunded in full. When purchasing is available, Locus payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment. Each report is generated by Locus after you submit a request. Generation time varies with demand and complexity and takes a few minutes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Locus credits are a prepaid digital product and all sales are final. Failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full to your original payment method by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Intsemble (a product of Kamroop Enterprise) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Data Usage

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict data isolation between tenants and do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati, Assam, India.

11. Limitation of Liability

Intsemble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
