1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Intsemble platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Platform Agents and AI Capabilities

TradeMate

Model Foundation: Utilizes Google Gemini 2.5 and 3.1 (Flash, Flash Lite and Pro tiers) via the Vertex AI platform.

Safety Features:

  • Grounding: All agent outputs are grounded in verified financial datasets and organizational data to minimize hallucination.
  • Safety Filters: Active Vertex AI safety settings block the generation of harmful, deceptive, or high-risk financial advice.
  • Context Isolation: Strict multi-tenant data isolation ensures that financial logic and proprietary data from one user do not influence the model state for others.

Limitations: TradeMate provides strategic decision support and coordination; it is not a fiduciary and should not be the sole basis for high-risk financial transactions without human oversight.

Locus

Model Foundation: Utilizes Google Gemini 2.5 and 3.1 (Flash and Pro tiers) for geospatial reasoning and demographic analysis.

Safety Features:

  • Bias Mitigation: Implements algorithmic guardrails to prevent discriminatory "redlining" or biased location strategy recommendations.
  • Privacy Guard: Automated PII (Personally Identifiable Information) scrubbing from input datasets before processing by the agentic orchestration layer.
  • Grounding: Direct integration with Google Maps Platform and Earth Engine for real-world environmental and structural grounding.

Limitations: Recommendations are based on historical and projected geospatial data; unexpected shifts in local macro-environments or zoning laws may affect strategy accuracy.

3. Description of Services

Intsemble develops autonomous multi-agent AI systems and enterprise intelligence platforms that integrate with organizational data, workflows and operational tools. Our capabilities include AI agent orchestration, large-scale data analysis, custom model training and the development of tailored AI solutions designed for complex enterprise environments.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Intsemble (a product of Kamroop Enterprise) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data Usage

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict data isolation between tenants and do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intsemble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
