Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Locus credits, a prepaid digital product offered by Intsemble (a brand of Kamroop Enterprise).

1. All Sales Are Final

Locus credits are a prepaid digital product. All sales are final: we do not provide refunds for purchased or unused credits.

2. Exception — Failed or Duplicate Charges

Failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full.

3. Credit Expiry

Credits expire 3 months after your most recent purchase. Making a new purchase renews the expiry on your entire credit balance.

4. Fulfillment & Delivery

Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment. Each report is generated by Locus after you submit a request. Generation time varies with demand and complexity and takes a few minutes.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Any refunds (for failed or duplicate charges) are processed to your original payment method by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
